  • Do you offer refunds?
    Unfortunatley we cannot offer refunds on any tickets once purchased. However we are happy for you to gift, or sell your ticket to someone of the same gender. You will need to contact us to change the name - this is free of charge. Any funds are exchanged privately.
  • How do I get access to Hotel facilities as a non residents?
    You can access the pools, and tennis courts by paying separately at the hotel reception.
  • How do I book for 2 people at the same time?
    Add a female, and a male seperatley to your basket...adding names in the comments box when prompted to. If booking 2 tickets for the same sex, select 2 and then add 2 names into the comments box when prompted to.
  • Can I book a male space as a female?
    No, please book you regular slot...both men and women are welcome to lead and follow whenever they wish.
  • Can I stay offsite and buy a day ticket?
    Yes! We have all weekend option....the Dance Only. Or you can attend Saturday Only...or Sunday Only as dancing only (this means no accommodation and no food is included)
  • Can I purchase entries to just freestyles?
    We do normally release some freestyle only options closer to the time of the event. However if the event sells out then no freestyle tickets will be released which has happened before!
  • Where do I collect my tickets, are they posted?
    We do not post anything to you. Your booking comes through and you are added to the guest lists so no need to bring anything with you.
  • Where is my confirmation?
    You do not get a Ceroc confirmation, you can access all the info about the weekend through this website, or by scrolling past the FAQ's and seeing the downloadable info sheets which has everything you need to know about Summer Sizzler 2024.
  • I need to amend my booking?
    Please contact Kate on contact@cerocdevon.com to update any names, or medical issue you may wish to make us aware of.
  • How can I pay?
    Online we can take all major debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal. If you would like to pay in a venue, we can take cash, card, or cheque. You will need to contact us if you'd like to this on contact@cercodevon.com
  • What facilities are available for residents?
    The Langstone cliff has: - an indoor and outdoor pool - a tennis court - a snooker room - a table tennis room - a golf range/green - a gym - access to hair dresser/beautician - sun loungers and deck area
  • Where can I purchase food as a non resident?
    There is a bar where you can purchase lunch and dinner if you would like to, you can also be added into the sit down residents meal - just add this to your basket on checkout.
  • How do I book tennis/golf?
    With the hotel reception. For residents/all inclusive dancers it is included - you just need to book a slot. For non residents/dance only dancers, you will need pay a supplement of a few pounds to book the court.
  • What is the hotel food like, and what times is it served?
    There is of course our popular full English breakfast, a variety of cereals, pastries, fresh fruits and tinned fruits, alongside a wide selection of hot drinks and several varieties of milk (including soya). Lunch and light snacks are not included in any package. It is available daily from 11:30am-8:30pm in the large lounge that runs across the east face of the hotel, overlooking the extensive lawns and Exe Estuary/South Devon coastline. The Poolside Room also has a rather large flat screen TV, where the hotel regularly hosts the football, rugby and cricket for those who wouldn’t dare miss a sporting fixture. Dinner is with a table d’hôte menu, a wide choice of dishes for each course and a very popular carvery option. There are always vegetarian dishes available and special dietary requirements can be met. We can also provide gluten-free options on each menu, however, please do not hesitate to contact us before you arrive to ensure it is to your taste. Breakfast Service Times: Monday-Saturday: 7:30am-10:00am Sunday: 8:00am-10:00am Lunch and Light Snacks Service Times: Every Day: 11.30am-8:30pm Dinner Service Times: Monday-Sunday: 6:30pm-8:30pm
  • What are the hotel rooms like?
    The rooms are 3 star hotel standard, all mattresses are pocket sprung and all rooms include: En-suite bathroom most with bath or shower. Remote control Freeview LCD colour television with satellite (inc. Sky Sports) Free Wi-Fi Direct dial telephone Tea and Coffee making facilities Hairdryer
  • What's the dance floor like?
    The dance floor is 160m squared of sprung maple wood. It is a beautiful floor surrounded by seating for socializing and resting.
  • Is the dance area air conditioned?
    Yes! And we will bring our plethora of fans to keep the air circulating.
  • Where can I park?
    The hotel has a lage car park right outside for 200+ cars. Any ticket to the Sizzler also includes a free car parking space but you must register your car at the hotel reception.
  • When is check in and check out?
    Your room is ready on the Friday from 4pm, however you ask earlier and they may have it ready, and will then prioritize that room for you if they can. Check out on Monday morning is 10.30am.
  • How does the evening drink work?
    From 8pm you are welcome to join us in the Washington bar (next to the ballroom) for a social drink, this is included in your ticket. There will be choice each evening from a glass of wine, a glass of sherry or a soft drink - the choice is up to you!
  • I am a dance teacher/organiser and I would like to bring a group.
    Please get in touch with Kate at contact@Cerocdevon.com We maybe able to offer a small discount on larger groups attending.
  • Can I film the classes?
    For 2024 we will be supplying all the classes online for you to purchase for a very small fee.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    Unless you animal is a registered blind dog/assistance animal we cannot permit them in the ballroom.
  • Will there be anyone offering dance shoes for sale?
    Yes on Saturday we will have dance shoe sellers...Shimmy Shoes!
  • When and what is the fancy dress evening?
    Saturday night is our fancy dress evening, for 2024 our theme is "starting with the letter M" so think Maiden, Monk, Mary Poppins, Morris Dancer, Mime etc...the fancy dress is not compulsary. There are prizes for the best dressed male and female.
