Kate and Ivan Burton
Event Organisers, Teachers and DJ's
Kate and Ivan Burton have been running the Summer Sizzler Weekender for 7 years, and are looking forward to the revamped version in Dawlish!
They are passionate about teaching SILC, and learning how to dance to more expressive music. However they are also advocated of having fun, and making a fabulous dance community.
Between them have 17 years of teaching experience, and 20+ years of dance under their belts.
Lee and Dawn Perrot
Teachers and DJ's
Lee and Dawn need no introduction, known across the country for their fun and energetic classes, and un ending knowledge across many styles.
Lee and Dawn have excelled at Championships, but have done exceptionally well in the Showcase category.
Lee and Dawn will be teaching a variety of classes at Sizzler including Modern Jive and Ballroom, and between them have 30+ years of dancing experience.
Richard and Zoe Beauvoisin
Teachers and DJ's
This duo have taught at every Sizzler to date, and are welcome returnees from our dancers. With their fun packed themed classes and signature smooth, eye catching moves they're ones not to miss.
Richard and Zoe have done it all, they're teachers, franchisees, DJ's and have graced competition floors across the country...competing and judging.
Between them they have 40+ years of dance experience.
Max and Chrissy Rycroft
Teachers and DJ's
Max and Chrissy have been teaching across the country at local, and national events for years and currently hold the World Modern Jive Title in the Open (the highest rank you can get!)
They have a cheeky and fun vibe, with lots of SILCy smooth and unique moves.
Max and Chrissy are no strangers to the competition world, recently moving into judging after their win in the Open Category at Welsh Champs, and taking home the Dragons Trophy! We look forward to welcoming them to their Sizzler Debut!

Matt Evans
Teacher and DJ
Matt made his debut in Devon in 2023 and he is returning for our Sizzler revamped! His infectious passion for dance shines throughout Matts classes and personality.
Not only does Matt have an unending knowledge of moves and techniques, across many dance styles...he is also one of the most decorated Ceroc competition winners ever.
Yvonne Cole
Event Crew
Yvonne has been dancing for years, she has also been a Taxi Dancer in Devon for more than 10 years!
What Yvonne doesn't know about crewing....isn't worth knowing. She's the friendly face welcoming on the doors and helping out in the classes. She has also been to every single Sizzler so a great person to approach with questions and queries.
