The Summer Sizzler is a relaxed weekend with options for everyone. We aim to provide a friendly and inclusive weekend, with a real community feeling, social events, and of course...lots of chance to dance!
The Hotel
The Langstone Cliff Hotel is a 3 Star hotel, which recently won the 2022 Trip Advisor Travelers Choice Award. The Hotel boasts uninterrupted sea views, and a is a short walk to the sandy beaches of Dawlish Warren. The ballroom is Maple Sprung dancefloor and has an adjoining bar and social area to relax in. The rooms are comfortable with en suites, TV's and tea/coffee/kettle.
The hotel also has available an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, table tennis and snooker rooms, a gym, access to beauticians and hairdressers, a driving range, a child soft play area, and sun loungers on the deck available for residents.
For residents the food is served in the restaurant in a carvery style, with options to select from each evening. If you are a non-resident you can purchase food from the bar menu.

The Dancing
At the Summer Sizzler we have 9 amazing teachers, teaching from 10am - 7pm on Saturday and Sunday (that's 15 classes and 2 fun classes) with freestyle from 8pm until midnight/1am. There will be a huge range of classes from solo, line dances, to Ceroc, SILC, Ballroom and themed fun classes too. These will range from Beginners Plus, to Advanced.
We also will be planning some social and fun activities which you are able to enjoy and meet other dancers. We are planning a Lunchtime Quiz, and a Synchronized swim fitness session which will be mainly flapping about in the water!
Teachers are available for private lessons throughout the weekend - just get in touch with one to arrange.
